Professional Registration
To practise as a Vet in Scotland, you must register with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS). Registration is required by law and must be maintained through continuing professional development.

Both Scottish vet schools also require Advanced Highers (BB in Chemistry + one from Biology/Maths/Physics). Extensive animal care and vet work experience is essential for a competitive application.
